Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, that you do so by 9am the day of your appointment. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the services booked. No call no show appointments will result in 100% charge of the services booked. Happy Hour appointments require a 24 hr notice of cancellation or the prepaid services are non-refundable. Appointments booked on holidays require a 24 hr notice of cancellation as well. Day of cancellations for appointments scheduled on holidays will result in 100% charge of service(s) booked.
